RETAIL DEVELOPMENT

• Led the development of comprehensive construction documents for a high-end jewelry retail client for eleven showroom locations in seven states.

ARCHITECTURAL INTERN | MG2 | June 2018 - September 2019

• Executed the schematic design process for a multi-story mixed use development, evaluating existing site conditions and its impact on design with the principal project architect, and assembled a client design package with various options.

• Collaborated with the interior design team to put together renderings of executive suites for a luxury hotel client using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Designed and modeled, along with the principal architect, a recreation center for a kids summer camp with a high level focus on the reuse of the existing building.

• Assisted in the production of construction documents for numerous Costco warehouses and the additional on-site facilities.

• Spearheaded the schematic design of the eye care center at a new warehouse and developed design drawings while collaborating with the project manager.
